It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

I've been seeing Dr. Myers for nearly 20 years. In that time they've rarely been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've almost always been ready and prepared. Dr. Myers is so kind and attentive to me. I love that he and his staff are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've never felt awkward even when discussing very private things. I tell all who ask for a referral to check here first. They are an awesome group of professionals. I always leave there feeling like I've been taken care of by family. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
