I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.
