The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
As I asked him questions he didn't really seem to care and just asked me questions back in a manner that put me down like i was stupid. It made me feel as though I didn't know what i was talking about. Then he gave me a prescription to take not informing me of any of the side effects. Now whenever I get cut or scraped there is a scare that is discolored. I learned this after looking up the prescription and reading the warnings and side effects. I understand that it was up to me to read this information, but I would have thought were I am going to a doctor to get information and treatment that they would tell me this. I guessed wrong of coarse.
