They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I have been going to Dr. Barnard & his staff for more than 25 years for my general health care and have found them to be top quality, friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. I referred a friend to him many years ago & he diagnosed her with a type of cancer & sent her to the medical center to a cancer specialist immediately.......she underwent chemo treatment & is now considered cured!!! I would refer him to anyone in need of a family practioner & he now has two offices here in northwest Houston, which make it even more convenient along with the fact he has another Dr. & a couple of very good PA's to assist him in his practice!!!
