It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. I felt like everything was up to date and met safety standards. I was pleasantly surprised that all of my questions were answered by Dr. Palmer personally even after hours. It really showed how much they care about their patients.

when my special needs daughter had an outpatient surgery Dr. Palmer did not even have the respect and bed side manners to let me know how the procedure went. I was very disappointed with disbelief of his manners. After all that my daughter has been through and a true blessing to be here. I have changed doctors and now feel alot better. I even wrote him a letter asking him why he never replied or apologized. Wow!
