Dr. Railsback appears to be a well-established professional and I was fairly well satisfied with his treatment albeit just a routine checkup and annual mastoid cavity cleaning for me. He spent 12 minutes examining me and engaging in fairly general discussion. Afterward, I went to settle my bill and was told that they no longer accept TriCare (insurance for active and retired military) and that my cost would be $245.00!

This office includes Doctors Railsback, Ponder, Gonzales, Janicki, Roberge and Noell and, up until last year, they did accept TriCare insurance, which has the same reimbursement rate as Medicare with TriCare Standard actually allowing a higher rate. It's unfortunate that they have now intentionally chosen not to treat military personnel. In my humble opinion, they should be ashamed of their decision.
