My first consultation was terrible already . I had to wait over an hour until I got in. The consultant came rushing in and very unfriendly without explaining anything. Luckily I made my own research before I came in. All she wanted to know was when I will make my appointment that will make my belly flatter! Well, I still decided to go ahead to do my cool sculpting procedure the next day because it was non surgical procedure. So what could really happen?After they hooked my up to the machine and was unable to move they decided to ask me for payment . Aren't you gonna do it before or after the procedure? On top of that they told me that I have to pay extra 3% for credit payment ! Well, they didn't care to give that information before I walked in and what option I supposed to have.So unprofessional . This office look like a bundle of of unprepared / untrained staff. Can't imagine what could have go on if I undergo surgery!!

I had two pre op visits which were satisfactory. The day of the surgery I was taken to the surgical room. I thought there would be an assistant, but there was not. I was given a local in areas pertaining to the surgery. During the surgery the doctor left the room to consult or visit with someone else. During the second part of the surgery his receptionist interrupted him five times to ask questions about a non-patient in the waiting room He stopped each time to answer the questions. He was definitely distracted during the entire facial surgery procedure. The result was not satisfactory. I had what I thought was a problem with my B/P during the surgery, but the doctor did not think it was important enough to have someone check my B/P.
