Their office was extremely easy to locate. I probably could have found it blindfolded. Their credentials and diplomas were one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. It would be hard to miss all those diplomas. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

It was not easy to reach them at all, had office visit, was supposed to get a call back after test results arrived, took them 20 days to call, and never could get a straight answer.
there is a very complicated phone menu, takes at least 10 min till you think you might get a human to answer you, gives the impression they are very busy, but when i went there, they had only 3 people in waiting room, had to wait over 45 min for my appt, (after my booked time).
every time they answer the phone, they ask for your life story as if they you were not their patient, i had to give my phone number at least 6 times for a call back that never came.
