Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I just came in to give a urine sample. I was told by the young lady that there was a $20 charge for walk_in, they didn't take Medicare. And I had to fill out my bc/bs claim myself. I have a bad urinary tract infection. The nurse called me later said the lab report will be two weeks. I took what bactrim I had on hand. I will get my records moved to my internist. I don't tolerate rude behavior. I have been his patient for 13 years. As a professional, I know to treat people.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
