All 3 of my children see Dr. Kahn and is WONDERFUL, very knowledgable, current, and thorough. I highly recommend him. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
