Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
