I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

This doctor is very experienced and knowledgeable. He cuts through all the hype in the news and tells us what is most important. Dr. Pharo understands parents’ concerns regarding the safety of various medications/treatments and respects and addresses them appropriately. You can tell he is concerned for our kids’ safety and comfort and he always takes the time to address every concern. Well-baby visits are usually scheduled weeks to months in advance. I have always been seen within the hour when asking for a sick-baby appointment. There are always toys in the waiting room for the kids to play with … and, the staff cleans the toys frequently throughout the day. The staff is very professional and courteous.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
