They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments?
Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time
