Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was disappointed because I only met the dr. once for maybe 2 minutes, his associate met w/ me the 3x's I went.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked.

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.
