They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
