The waiting room here is spacious. I was never able to relax during my appointment because of my pain. Their staff was friendly enough but I received no return information if it was needed. Results from an MRI after two weeks was not shared.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
