They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

I was in a motor vehicle accident this year and taken to the emergency room. Dr. Roger Taylor was on call at the time of my accident. Unfortunately, given the circumstances I had no choice at the time to select my Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. Roger Taylor did not truly care about taking care of my injury to the best of his ability. He never once called to check on me after I was released from the hospital and he has not called to check on me or schedule a follow up appointment to this day. Dr. Taylor’s one and only concern was, "How he was going to get paid." Not only was I not working due to the accident, but Dr. Taylor was calling my home regarding payment not even a full 30 days after the accident. Any doctor that has time to call regarding MONEY should have time to call regarding the patients WELL BEING. I am disgusted by the lack of commitment and care by the surgeon. I have switched doctors and have since had a corrective surgery to fix what he did. The doctor I have now sees me two-three times a week and does physical therapy. My current doctor’s main goal is to make sure I have as much mobility as possible and to get my hand as close to 100 percent as possible.

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Taylor to any of my friends or family members due to the lack of treatment, care, and respect I have received from him and is facility.

Please if you have the time to find a different Orthopedic Surgeon I would HIGHLY recommend seeking alternative treatment!!!

Dr. Taylor is outstanding. Even as a new patient, I was seen the same day I called. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
