I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
