Today was my first appointment with Dr. Haufrect, and I was very impressed. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. He also checked aspects of my health that I had not previously realized could affect my ability to conceive. He was also interested in me as a person and made me feel 100% comfortable throughout the visit.

Sadly after many years as a loyal patient I find the need to seek another gyn. At my most recent yearly visit I found Eric's response to my symptoms of menopause both patronizing and insensitive. His traditional treatment approach does not deal with the symptoms reported as a valid medical issue. The statement " there are many things we can do to help you" was merely lip service. Even a specific request based on advice from another doctor and peers was not accommodated and fell on deaf ears. At a time in my life when I the relief needed for current issues was ignored and UN addressed. What in the past was considered valued professional advice is now inadequate. Thus my first appointment with a woman gyn is next week.
