They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I LOVE THIS DOCTOR SHES IS THE BEST.......

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
