Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Douglas Kyle Jr, MD was very thorough and informative. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
