I have been seeing Dr Harney for over 15 years. He is a wonderful guy who seems to genuinely care for his patients. He seems quite interested in educating his patients and talking on a level that you can understand. He works with you to get your needs met. But first, you must go through hell, and I mean absolute hell, to deal with his staff. I've had 15 years of monthly problems getting prescription refills taken care of, nurses and office staff that make it very clear that they don't really care for your concerns. People won't return your phone calls. If you make follow up calls they seem to genuinely resent it. They have no qualms about blaming everyone else when things go wrong and trust me, things will go wrong. All this is day in, day out, month in, month out, year in year out issue. I believe that the doctor has a caseload that is bigger than they can manage. This causes endless problems So, if you can handle the abuse of the staff, you'll love the doctor.
