Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
