I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. This provider sometimes has a self pay discount. Dr. M herself didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Ron, Dr. Merritt's PA is VERY GOOD
