Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The office staff are very friendly and understanding. Dr. Thigpen has great bedside manner and really listens to his patients.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
