The equipment was so outdated and old that it was borderline dangerous. I was scared for my safety. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They threw me under the bus with sinus and ear infections to get over on my own with no caring whatsoever especially Abby who basically said it is my issue ....get over it.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
