Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. In 15 years, ONCE I was kept waiting more than 10 minutes as Dr. Aronoff had an emergency with a patient in the hospital. He is simply a very, very nice man who makes you feel comfortable with so it is never hard to tell him exactly what's going on, no matter how personal it may be. I would recommend him to any and everyone, male, female, young, old. He's just a very good, friendly, caring doctor.
