I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
