There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.
