I have been a patien of Dr. Faigin's for more than 15 years, he delivered my son and I am very fond of him and the caring nature he displays...however, his wife Nancy is VERY rude and sharp with his female patients, his receptionist are also "snappy" with answers and very cold in their personalities!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
