The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
