I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Alright, most people writing bad reviews did something and are just lashing out, but I honestly am taking time to write my first actually negative review for these guys.

I had issues in my stomach and have no insurance, so I called and scheduled just a consultation. The phone appointment setting went as such: What is the issue you are having? How long has it been going on? Do you have insurance? And i got the price for the visit. That is ALL THAT WAS SAID. However by the time the week of my appointment came, I ended up i the ER for the issue.

Thus when they called my fiance told them to please hold, and tried to get me up, but I was not able to. So, I decided not to go in because of being too busy after I got better. I moved and today

I received a BILL for $150 dollars for "failure to cancel appt"

Really? They claim it is legal to bill people without notice of fees and such, but just a warning, do not waste your time on crooks like this who start charging you without consent. I would understand if they told me there would be a fee if I did not officially cancel, but they did not. And when I called them about it the woman said oh it is legal, and we can charge you what we want.

How rude is that? I wonder how many people lose money to these guys? I understand cancelling an appointment as far as manners, but I don't believe legally you should be able to charge people hundreds of dollars without notice when they make the appointment

Betty, just a word of advice.. you should mention "if you fail to cancel your appointment we do charge a fee" should be said before you let people hang up on the first call, don't CLAIM you called back to tell them there would be a fee. That is shady and you know it. Shame on this business.
