The nurse staff was not friendly at all, in fact downright rude, I didn't feel welcome there and was treated like an outcast. They ridiculed and scolded me for my forgetful attitude as I was extremely sick and confused with anemia and low blood sugar. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The doctor was not interested in giving his time for me as a patient and was rushing me out of the office. I would never visit them again, why should I? I was very disappointed and quite shocked with this treatment they gave me. They have asked me to do some procedures but I plan to get it done by another doctor since I am afraid to visit this doctor again because he gets angry very quickly and is rude and totally indifferent to me as a patient.. I am posting this as an alias for my own security.

I was totally impressed with the staff's great attitude. They welcomed me warmly and were super friendly. They were so easy to reach, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

When I went for my colonoscopy, a non-medical problem arose that could have resulted in my having to cancel the procedure, a horrible thought considering the prep the night before. Dr. Raghuthanman went to truly extraordinary lengths to help me resolve the problem so that we could proceed with procedure. He really went far and above anything I have ever experienced from any other doctor. His concern for my well being was really remarkable.
