They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
