I was calling to schedule an appointment for my fiance. I have been to this office in the past. Denise Russell, the NP--she was great!
UNFORTUNATELY.............
AMANDA ...... The first person you get on the telephone, is completely RUDE and not helpful at all. AMANDA made me feel like I was a complete idiot, and A waste of her time. Not to mention, didn't answer my questions, just danced around them.... I would NEVER have anyone like her answer the phones in my place of business. Actually, I would never have anyone this RUDE working at my place of business!

I can't wait to meet this girl in person, and her manager!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
