They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
