This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
