They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.
