The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

I first visited Dr. R. Maidenberg surgery in Gaylord area more than ten years ago; he then treated me for my lower back pain with aid of an electronic machine and my pain disappeared in two annual visits. Since then, my wife, my son and I have been registered with his family practice in Gaylord and now we continue to see him in Dairy Ashford Associates. He is an excellent practitioner as a doctor and also as a family listener. Our best wishes to him and all his associates; from Aung family, Katy.Tx77450.
