Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I am always treated like family in this office. The doctor always takes his time in the examination, and he also takes time to thoroughly answer all questions. He has always ordered the right tests and/or sent me to the right specialists when necessary; on the other hand, he always seems to know when extra medical care is unnecessary.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
