Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

the office people and follow if somthing is neede from the staff is horrible, you have to call at least three times to get a response!
