They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
