Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I have been seeing Dr. Oei for many years. He is an exceptional doctor, alway willing to discuss your health and he answers all questions.I never feel rushed. He does not hesitate to send you to a specialist if needed.His nurse practitioner is also great. I never hesitate to see her if Dr. Oei is booked.
