When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are located in a safe neighborhood. They are more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
