They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
