Dr. Terrill is very polite and very competent. His manner may seems slighty brisk but he will answer your questions and explain the cause of the problem and why he is recommending the course of action. My family has used this Doctor for 15 years. I am very happy with he and his staff.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

This guy would come in. Barely looks at you. And he's out the door in 2 minutes. Keeps you coming back month after month with no progress. And then he places candy at the check out that you can buy at an inflated price. Like he doesn't make enough money already that he has to sell candy?

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
