They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Very incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. Doctor Smith could not be bothered with patient concerns, did not wish to know the problem, and simply said she did not know why the problem was occurring after 1/2 a minute in the office with me. Yet, she was quick to prescribe 4 different medications including 90 day antibiotic prescription (this is for something she did not know about and without ever even touching the patient for a skin related issue). She did not want to listen and present a monologue instead on what she could not do and what she did not know.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
