They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Just getting ready for bikini season I decided to get a little coolsculpting after hearing about it from my friend. The result was so immediate I might have to come back again before bikini season really starts! Since the staff was so easy going I'm also really considering going back to get some permanent laser hair removal.

I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

When you get results like these it's impossible not to be happy. I went in for ulthera to help with the skin under my chin and i feel 10 years younger. I know men shouldn't care but I really do feel a lot more confident when speaking with people. IT is like the gray hair vs colored hair thing. People have started treating me like I have more vitality and not like I'm old and weak. Working out can only do so much, some things just can't be changed by hitting the gym.

Dr. Mahoney is a wonderful person and a great doctor. He is very smart, knowledgeable, skilled, personable and very attentive. i would recommend him to anyone.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They have really great customer service here. Dr. Mahoney always puts his patients first, regardless of the situation. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was, saved me a trip to downtown and best of all free parking. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I have been getting acne treatments here and wouldn't change a thing!
