I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
