The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
